Flexible Bike Rental System Enhances Convenience for Riders
A flexible bike rental service is streamlining the way visitors and locals collect bicycles, offering both same-day and future reservation options. The system allows riders to pick up bikes at times that best suit their schedules, reducing the need to adhere to strict collection windows.
To further improve accessibility, an after-hours self pick-up and drop-off system has been introduced. Attendants send secure lock combinations via text message, enabling customers to access their bikes safely and independently outside of standard operating hours. This approach supports greater freedom and convenience for riders planning their day on their own terms.
The service also includes optional accessories such as baskets, helmets, and shared locks to enhance comfort and usability during rides. These additions are designed to make cycling more practical and enjoyable, whether for short trips or longer explorations, while maintaining a focus on safety and convenience.
Return procedures are equally straightforward, with clear walk-up and after-hours options available. Riders are instructed to secure bikes at designated racks and ensure all rented accessories are returned with the bicycle when required. This organized system ensures smooth drop-offs, helping maintain efficiency, security, and a hassle-free experience from start to finish.

Customer Reviews
Disgraceful that I hear members are blocked from viewing the USB dash cam footage, if I had to drive VIP’s and had a crash, they would want to see it for court for example also, that €500 minimum deposit, Is off putting, I’m a member of other Car/van share here in 🇮🇪 but they are decent and not charge any deposit. Charge if someone loses or damages usb or the Car itself for example.
Great service! I really wanted a Tesla and they delivered. Easy to sign up, easy to book, easy to drop off. Will definitely use it again.
Excellent service. Originally booked a Model 3 but got an email to inform me it had been damaged a week before my booking and was upgraded to the Model Y long range. Car was in excellent condition, delivered to specified location with 91% battery charge and clean. Walkaround done with UFO Drive employee and existing marks/damage pointed out by employee and photos/videos taken on spot. Very easy handover and return, and a great car to have on test while my own ICE car was in for winter prep work. No issues with range anxiety either, covered 135km during the day and battery dropped from 91% to 76%. Charged back up to 96% in 25 mins at a fast charger (charging card supplied with car). Will definitely rent again in the future!
