The full day tour of Capri was fantastic, but our guide Marco made the day exceptional! Marco was so knowledgeable yet also very funny and entertaining. I was travelling with my mom and sister on a Viking cruise, and Marco went above and beyond making sure we made it back in time for the cruise ship's departure from Naples port. We would highly recommend this tour and tour guide!

It was a fabulous day ! our guide Clarissa was wonderful! She keep us contained and moving collectively- very appreciative given the crowds She engaged with each and every person in the group, I was amazed at her diversity to speak so many different languages! We chose not to do Augustus gardens and really enjoyed the down time just to take in the ambience and beautiful vista! fabulous day out - and a big cheer to those bus drivers navigating those narrow Streets - and not a harsh word said

Real tourist trap. Not worth at all. 23 eur boat to get there. Then you wait for min 1 hr to ger on the rowing boat. 18 eur + tip is entry. You spend less than 5 minutes in the cave, which is just a cave with blue water. Skip

Yesterday’s trip didn't deliver what I pay for (detailed on the Viator web page): 1- The trip started late around 10:40 (start hour 10:00) 2- We were 10 people (maximum 8 people) 3- The trip lasted around 6 hours (should be 8 hours) 4- We didn't make it into the Blue Grotto. 5- They didn't have snorkeling equipment, and even worst they didn't have a life vest available! This is unbelievable! 6- They stop in Capri Port only to put gas, they didn't allow us to get down and walk around Capri. 7- They gave us a snack (a little Caprese sandwich) - No Lunch. 8- The boat was small, with no seats for 6 people, and they ride in the front part of the boat. 9- Only one person speaks a little English, so it was very hard to understand him. Based on that I want a refund because you didn't deliver what I paid for. It was a terrible experience!

We booked this tour with another couple from a cruise ship. Our tour guide was Giorgio who lives on Capri. What a wonderful day! He met us at the ship and got us on the ferry to Capri, once there we were met with a driver that whisked us to the Blue Grotto--absolutely wonderful! Our wait time was minimal, he took pictures of us going in. He then took us to Anacapri and we did a walking tour and a gondola ride to the top. Later, he secured lunch reservations at a great restaurant with an absolutely breathtaking view. It was a fantastic day!

What a perfect way to end our Tour of Italy. Our guide Michele was wonderful. He was professional and knowledgeable. He had great news for us as soon as he met us, he said 99% chance on seeing the Blue Grotto (this was a must see for our group). He suggested to go there first before the word got out and the crowds would start. So we hopped into our convertible taxi and away we went through the roads of Capri. By the way very breathtaking. He was right on point, we got there and no lines and saw the beautiful Grotto. Our day was planned perfectly seeing all the beauty it has to offer. The view from Anacapri was amazing. Michele worked everything into our day without feeling rushed, it was truly and amazing and relaxing day, one of our favorite days that we spent in Italy. I highly recommend using the Blue Grotto Tours, you won't be disappointed

Very efficient and friendly tour company. They do whole day tours of Capri also, and I highly recommend those. They get you to all the interesting sites with plenty of time for shopping. All inclusive rate. One of the best parts of our trip to Italy.
