The tour was organized really well. It was great that we got picked up (and dropped off again) at our motel. Maureen was great! Learned a lot about vineyards, grapes and wines from the Marlborough region. The tour brought us to some lovely wineries (Te Whare Ra, Framingham, Allan Scott and Whitehaven) and the lunch at Allan Scott was delicious too! Also, we met some lovely people who went on the tour with us from Sweden, the USA and England. Would highly recommend.
Great day visiting 4 wineries with 16 wines despite a full day of rain. Shuttle service with Peter was quick, safe, and efficient with lots of knowledge about the Marlborough region. Each stop had a masterful presentation of the family history of the vineyard and the wine presented. Our lunch was a bread service and a full entree which was delicious and exceeded my expectations. There was a choice of four entrees and option to purchase the wine pairing for a small fee. Gluten free and vegan options were highly appreciated for my GF allergy. A stop at a boutique chocolatier after lunch was a perfect add on for dessert. We bought a few bottles of wine and some chocolate to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and highly recommend to others!
