Experience the serene beauty of the wilderness while staying in a cozy and rustic wall tent near the base of Mt. Stelfox in the heart of Cline River Valley. Wake up to breathtaking mountain views and fresh air, with the tranquility of being surrounded by nature. The 12x14 tent comes furnished with a queen-sized bed and a wood-burning stove, and bedding is provided. Guests have access to a shared outdoor firepit and wood-burning grill, with firewood available for purchase or collection from the surrounding forest. While there is no Wi-Fi at the tent and limited cell reception, the office provides occasional connectivity. You are responsible for bringing your own food, water, and power sources, and there is a fully stocked outhouse on-site along with a flush toilet at the office. Nearby hiking trails, fishing spots, and the family-run trail riding business provide endless opportunities for adventure and exploration during your stay.
Guests have full access to the surrounding wilderness but are asked to avoid horse pastures and to respect the property’s rules, including gate hours from 11 pm to 7 am. The area is home to black and grizzly bears, and visitors are advised to take precautions, such as not leaving food outside, making noise, avoiding wandering alone, and carrying bear spray for safety. While bear encounters are extremely rare, the risks inherent to wilderness living, including wildlife, unpredictable weather, and the possibility of getting lost, are assumed by booking guests. The property operates daily trail rides from 10 am to 6 pm, and guests are welcome to explore the ranch during business hours. This unique stay combines rustic comfort with the raw beauty of Alberta’s wilderness, offering a truly immersive outdoor experience.

As first time Motorhome campers we do not hesitate in highlighting this Company. Colin looked after us from start to finish in an excellent and knowledgeable way. He even left his phone number incase we needed help or advice while on our travels. We loved the campervan that we hired and had the most enjoyable holiday in our own country. As mileage is unlimited we covered so many counties. We unfortunately had damaged a back window and the price for a replacement was very acceptable. We had an amazing experience traveling the Irish roads in the Camp and Cruise camper van! We were delighted to be received by Keith, who gave us a great introduction to the van and excellent advice for our trip. Picking up and dropping off the van was easy by bus from the city center. The van itself was pleasant to drive and it provided us with all the comfort we needed and more. So much so, that we are now enchanted by the campervan-life. 😄 We absolutely recommend going for the Camp and Cruise Motorhomes vans and we would love to thank Keith for our great time in Ireland!

We had a fantastic trip early May doing the Wild Atlantic Way with the Campervan from Camp & Cruise. I would definitely use this company again. Keith was very helpful from the beginning, booking right through to the end of our trip. Nothing was too much trouble for him to explain. He gave us all good reassurances should we need to contact him for anything, which we didn't need. The van was perfect, just the right size for my husband & I. (Left one of the top bunks in place for storage). I did the driving & chose the van for the size which I felt very comfortable to drive. Under 10 minute taxi drive from airport, therefore perfect position. Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful road trip with Camp & Cruise campervan! The van was in good condition, clean and fully equiped kitchen, we asked for additional bedding and camping chairs and they added in the table that we forgot to book. The check in time was clear and full of useful information for our trip and the check out was quick and easy. Had a great few days in Ireland on a surfing trip. Used a Camp and Cruise van which was perfect for our needs. The motor home was clean and of a high spec - great to be able to have a day out in the elements and come back to a comfy, well kitted out van. Keith was brilliant to deal with, very flexible and knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommend, we’ll be back!
