PADI EFR & Rescue Diver Courses

The PADI Rescue Diver course is designed to help divers prevent and manage problems in the water while improving confidence and skills. Open to PADI (Junior) Adventure Divers aged 12 and older, this course emphasizes problem-solving through practical exercises, making participants better dive buddies. As part of the training, students also earn the Emergency First Response certification, covering CPR and first aid for both adults and children. The course includes classroom instruction, pool practice, and open water training sessions over several days, giving divers hands-on experience in managing emergencies safely. PADI Emergency Oxygen certification is also included, ensuring divers are prepared to respond effectively in real-world situations. Completion of the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive is required prior to starting the course.

The course schedule includes evening classroom sessions focusing on Emergency First Response, pool sessions for rescue techniques, and weekend open water training to apply skills in real conditions. Participants will gain confidence in recognizing and responding to diving emergencies while practicing skills in a controlled and supportive environment. Top-quality scuba equipment is provided, while participants should bring swimwear and a towel. This training is ideal for divers looking to advance their safety skills and become reliable, skilled dive partners. Makeup sessions are available for a fee if any class is missed, and cancellations are accepted with at least 48 hours’ notice, excluding the eLearning fee.
