Prompt response and professional - we were the only 2 people on this tour (mid-week and not quite high season yet), but they still did the tour and did not cancel. Melanie, our guide was very friendly and helpful. Apart from the scenery and views, the tour gives you a more complete perspective of this part of Australia - something that would be impossible to get if you stay within the greater Sydney area. Melanie took us to locations and viewpoints that are not very touristy and mostly frequented by locals. Highly recommended.

Melanie & her partner ( I forgot the name) were excellent guide. They showed us various beautiful picturesque spots en route Kiama blowhole. They shared many facts and ground reality which we would never now in other tours. I liked their tour very much. I wish they grow well and have a bright future. This tour was outstanding! We spent the whole day with a fabulous tour guide, Ian, and saw so many spectacular views huge gorges with stunning waterfalls. We also got to actually pet a koala and see joeys up close. Ian even took us to a place “off the beaten trail” to see big kangaroos in their natural habitat. There were only 6 people on our tour, so we could ask all our questions and got such wonderful personal treatment. Delicious lunch AND dinner were included, so the extra cost for a later and smaller tour was well worth it!
