We were very pleased with Hoi A Bike Rental. Mike provided excellent customer service from being to end. We had to postpone our trip by a few days due to family reasons and I forgot to notify them of our late arrival. I was pleasantly surprised when they messaged me to follow up on our arrival date and they were very accomodating in adjusting our hire dates. Their drop off and pick up service to our accomodation was very punctual and accompanied by a warm smile and a welcome to Hoi An by Kane. I wasn't happy with our bike choice as I requested a 50cc bike and wanted something more powerful. I spoke with Mike and he supplied us with a new bike first thing the next day. They were very friendly, polite and their service was top notch. Thank you to Mike, Kane and the rest of the team for making this experience a smooth and enjoyable one. The staff shared great local tips on hidden spots to visit, checked in midway to make sure everything was going well, and even provided free rain jackets when the weather turned.
