Rented a car for 9 days — everything was great. The service was good, they met us and explained all the rules clearly. The car had local navigation showing the speed, the car was provided with a full tank, and the price was exactly as agreed. Very satisfied.
We found Bean Travel through Google Reviews and decided to go with them for our day trip. The total cost quoted was 2,000,000 VND for a full-day private tour that included pickup from our hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, visits to Cu Chi Tunnels, Cao Dai Temple, and Ba Den Mountain in Tay Ninh, then back to our hotel — all in one day. Originally, we planned to book through Klook, but since we enjoy taking our time to explore, capture photos and videos, we preferred a more flexible arrangement. So we booked directly with Bean Travel. Our journey started at 6:00 AM and ended around 9:00 PM. It was a long but fulfilling day. The driver assigned to us was Khai — a young and polite guy who really made the trip smooth and enjoyable. He was very helpful, friendly, and tried his best to communicate in English. At one point, we considered skipping Cao Dai Temple due to time constraints after Cu Chi Tunnel overran, but Khai encouraged us not to miss it, saying it’s a beautiful place — and he was right! The vehicle provided was a comfortable Kia 7-seater, which made it easy to carry our belongings and souvenirs. Overall, it was a great experience — well worth the value. Highly recommended if you're looking for a flexible and friendly private tour in HCMC!
