Rocky was truly amazing — very friendly, kind, and easy to communicate with. He speaks both English and Malay, which helped us so much during our trip in Dalat. He recommended beautiful places, helped us communicate with locals, and even took stunning photos of us using his own camera (and gave all the soft copies for free!). He also helped my family with transport, assisted in recovering my dad’s lost items, and even fixed our sleeper bus ticket mistake from 27/11 to 26/11. He accompanied us to the bus station, explained everything to the staff, and continued checking on us even after we reached Ho Chi Minh. Rocky is incredibly helpful, dedicated, and trustworthy. We’re very satisfied and highly recommend him!
