This stand up paddleboard and yoga experience is designed for ages twelve and above and is suitable for all levels with no previous experience required. The session begins on the beach with a short introduction covering essential safety tips and basic paddling techniques. From there you head onto the calm protected waters of Ala Moana Beach for a relaxed paddle. Morning conditions are ideal for smooth water and offer a great chance to spot turtles while enjoying the peaceful ocean setting. Lifejackets are available for anyone who is not a confident swimmer as the activity takes place in deeper water.
After a short break the experience continues with a beginner friendly SUP yoga class. Boards are anchored in waist deep water allowing you to focus on balance movement and breath. The playful yoga flow helps strengthen the core and improve stability while remaining light hearted and fun. The session ends with a deeply relaxing floating savasana giving you time to unwind and enjoy the gentle movement of the water.

I really enjoyed the yoga class. I've done a few different types of yoga and this was unique and still challenging but suitable to all levels of yoga. the location is beautiful and serene in the morning. if I lived in Honolulu I would continue this practice.

This was amazing! So much fun! I hadn’t done yoga in a good while but this was so much fun and I was still able to do most of the flow without falling but even when people fell it was all in good humour and you didn’t feel stupid for falling or anything, it was very chill and all in good fun :D it’s a great class even for beginners or people who haven’t done yoga before as well as for more advanced yoga practitioners, the instructor was very good and she’s been doing this a long time and was very patient and helpful :D It was a lot of fun and really cool, I definitely recommend doing this!
