Amazing night of cooking and conversation with a lovely Italian family. Our experience was well above expectations. One of our most beloved evenings of our entire puglia trip! Enza and Antonio were the most wonderful hosts, opening up their home to us like family. We ate apps, we drank wine and chatted continuously with them and the other 2 couples for hours! Then she showed us how to make her family recipe for both Orechiette and Maccheroni pasta. It was fun and simpler/easier than we expected. And best of all we got to eat our own creations with homemade pasta sauce made with the freshest of ingredients from their garden. It was a lovely evening to always be remembered and treasured. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. One little note is that they r located approx 20-30 mins south of Lecce.

Wonderful cooking experience! The cooking class was absolutely amazing! Enza is a wonderful host and teacher — everything was clear, fun, and incredibly delicious. We laughed a lot, learned how to make orecchiette and maccheroni from scratch, and enjoyed a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I can only recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area!

We had the best time with Enza and Antonio at their beautiful home! We felt so welcomed and can't thank them enough. We appreciate all they did to make our evening enjoyable and unforgettable. We loved the delicious orecchiette, macaroni, and Antonio's homemade limoncello with lemons from their garden! Antonio made a video for all, and Enza shared her recipes. We highly recommend their pasta making class at their home!

We had a great time with Enza and Antonio last night! They graciously welcomed us into their home and treated us like old friends from the moment we arrived. The evening began with appetizers and prosecco. Our hosts described each delicacy made from ingredients fresh from their garden. Then we moved inside to make pasta. Enza is a kind and patient teacher who carefully showed us how to mix the ingredients to the perfect consistency and how to shape oricchette and maccharone. She served us the oricchette with a simple but delicious pomodoro sauce while Antonio introduced us to local wines. Afterward Enza served the maccharone with a subtle and equally delicious chickpea creme. Our evening was topped off with a blueberry tart and homemade limoncello. Thank you, Enza and Antonio, for sharing your pasta making skills and making us feel like part of your family!

My friends and I absolutely loved the time we spent with Enza and Antonio making pasta. Aside from the beautiful setting accompanied by their sweet pets Jambo (dog) and speedy (cat), the whole atmosphere that they created truly brought something special to the class. Within a short amount of time, we learned about the differences in pasta in the North vs South, learned how to make two different styles of pasta, ate lots of delicious food and had a wonderful selection of wines and other drinks..their Limoncello was amazing! I truly felt as though I was learning to cook from old friends, Enza and Antonio were a great team and brought so much charm and laughter into their class. You can truly tell they love each other and what they do. I highly recommend this class and feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to share in such a wonderful experience.
