Explore the breathtaking Ligurian coast, a picturesque stretch of Italy known as Cinque Terre, which is made up of five villages perched on steep cliffs overlooking the sea. This enchanting region offers a unique blend of rugged landscapes, lush vineyards, and dramatic coastal views, all framed by vibrant Mediterranean vegetation. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Cinque Terre is celebrated for its rocky coastlines, scenic hiking trails, hidden caves, charming beaches, and panoramic vistas. On this guided tour, you will have the opportunity to visit three of the five iconic villages, each with its own distinct charm and history, accompanied by an expert tour leader.
Your journey begins in Manarola, a small yet captivating village distinguished by its traditional Genoese-style tower houses known as 'case-torri.' From there, you will head to Vernazza, where the remnants of a medieval castle overlook the village. During your free time here, you can explore the charming streets or climb the cylindrical tower for a stunning view of the surroundings. The next stop is Monterosso, often referred to as the ‘pearl of Cinque Terre.’ This village combines historic charm with natural beauty, offering soft sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, making it an ideal spot for a refreshing swim. To complete your coastal adventure, you’ll visit Portovenere, a quaint village known for its colorful houses and relaxed atmosphere. After enjoying some leisure time here, you’ll return to La Spezia where your van awaits, and then enjoy a comfortable drive back to Florence to conclude your unforgettable day on the Ligurian coast.

Beware! If your tour is canceled because of weather you are not refunded your money. We were to told to provide our bank info for a bank transfer, which we did and have not received our refund. I have followed up multiple times asking for an update without a response. The booking email confirmation even states a refund is given if the tour is canceled. A very unethical way to run a business.

Andre was the best!! We had such a wonderful time on his boat tour. He is so kind and personable. He explained the history of cinque terre and clearly loves his work and town. He is a local that’s passionate about the area. Highly recommend as this tour got our trip off to the BEST start! Thanks Andre!

Andre was phenomenal! He took us for a 4 hour boat ride and showed us all the villages and explained everything in English! He was very hospitable and very funny. He even would stop at each village and take pictures of us after he’d explain everything. He even got us drinks and food. Highly highly recommended! We had the time of our lives.

My wife and I booked an evening boat tour. The night before we massaged and asked a question about how to get from Cinque Terre to Porto Venere via train. The next morning they had messaged us back saying we could not get there by train and they had canceled our reservation. When we messaged them again saying that we would just drive our rental car and they responded our reservation had already been canceled when we objected they said it was because of unsafe weather. There was not a cloud in the sky all day, the wind never made it above 6 mph, not a white cap on the sea and hundreds of boats traversing the sea as small as kayaks. They had already resold our spot. I've spent a lot of time on the water. Enough to know that a day with such great weather is not common. I've included a screen shot of the weather from that day and a picture of the sea.

I went on a Cinque Terre boat ride with my family. The boat had twelve passengers and captain Andrea giving history and insight along the way, dishing out great music, drink (lemoncello, prosecco, water and more!), and foccoci with amazing pesto. Well worth the price of admission! I would highly recommend for adults and children. Lots of attention paid to safety.
