Had an Amazing ATV Experience 🌟 📢📢 IMPORTANT note - almost all the taxis we booked , the drivers discouraged us from coming here & gave us bad reviews about this place , but afterwards we understood this was because the taxis get commission from other ATV places ** so you should just ignore the taxi drivers advice and head straight to this place We met the owner also , he's a really good , very down to earth and genuine person . 🏆will definitely go again in my next phuket trip soon ✌🏻 We made the booking on WhatsApp and arrived as per our booked time slot They serve Welcome beverages , fruits & snacks . We chose 1 hour package , filled up some forms & made the payment . They have storage lockers for your valuables . They provide Crocs footwear , helmets and gloves etc . The introduced us to the ATVs , its functions and how to use them properly , we were given a short demo ride so we get comfortable with our ATVs . The Ride started with the guides and it was really good , they have their own private area , no public is allowed here , just us on the ATVs with the guides 👍🏻 They have made and maintained the tracks and Greenery 🌳🌳 around really well , it is easy for beginners and thrilling for everyone The guide soon understood that my friends and I can go faster than the rest of the group , so they gave us a dedicated guide & we started going fast and enjoying the thrill 🔥🔥 They even took amazing photos videos of us friends while ATV riding I'm planning to visit again in December probably , will try Zipline and other activities here
We recently went on an ATV tour here. Overall, the ride itself was fun and the staff were friendly at the beginning. The trail is very tight, muddy, and full of rocks — definitely a bit challenging, even for those with some experience. Unfortunately, my wife accidentally hit a tree due to the narrow path conditions. It was a very minor incident with no visible damage to the bike. When the guide eventually found us, his reaction was disappointing. Rather than checking if we were okay, his first (and repeated) response was, “You have to pay. You have to pay.” I told him we had no issue covering reasonable costs, but he kept saying it over and over, which felt more like pressure than concern. He also started taking pictures of the tree and the ATV as if to collect evidence, even though the bike was clearly still drivable and had zero visible damage. Then He gave my wife his own ATV and claimed hers wasn’t drivable, even though it clearly was. In the end, we were charged 300 baht, which isn’t a huge amount, but it felt unjustified given there was no damage and the situation was handled poorly. Bottom line: The ride is fun and the terrain is exciting, but be aware that the trails are tight and not very forgiving. And if something goes wrong, don’t expect much empathy — it seems the priority is collecting payment, not guest safety or care.
everything was great! Loved seeing the elephants and tigers. we opted out of the ATV due to the weather, raining all day.
