My experience with the company itself was great. Reliable, on time, good communication. Unfortunately, their taxi driver, Deighton really disappointed me with his service and lack of transparency. Our airport transfer was great! So great that I asked for his help with a birdwatching tour. I clarified the price of $120. And he replied “$120 total”. He then sent his friend to be our driver (I had hoped to be with him.) Unfortunately, at the bird watching facility they then charged me another $120 unexpectedly. Despite the fact that Deighton had booked the tour and clarified with me that the total was $120. I felt as though he price gouged me and took advantage of us. It would have been cheaper (or exactly the same price depending on tour!) to go through our hotel. I nonetheless paid the fees and tipped the driver, as it wasn’t his fault. I want to respect him that it was a miscommunication. Nonetheless, he should be more clear with clients in the future when he books a tour. I don’t recommend booking this service as you cannot trust their drivers. Go through the hotel, it’s probably cheaper (and worth it to have someone trustworthy).
We recently just got back from St. Lucia. Our experience with the St. Lucia Airport Shuttle was perfect. Kimmy was great. Quick to respond, very professional and accomodating. She helped us arrange private shuttles to and from the airport as well as a shuttle for an excursion. We hired a private driver as we have a 4 year old. Best decision. Drivers were always on time. Actually usually early. They were polite and courteous. One important thing to kind in mention is that if anyone in your party is prone to motion sickness, then simply let the driver know to drive a little slower. The roads can be unforgiving when it comes to motion sickness. The drivers were quite accommodating for this! If we ever return to St. Lucia, I will definitely rebook private drivers and excursions with Kimmy. A final note, aside from the great service, they also had the best rates!
