Floating Soundbath Blends Music, Meditation, and Peaceful Waters

A unique wellness experience invites guests to relax, recharge, and reconnect with themselves through an outdoor floating soundbath. Led by award-winning Native flutist Cody Blackbird and an experienced sound practitioner, the session combines live music, gentle movement, and meditation while participants float peacefully on warm water.

Guests rest on comfortable paddleboard mats wrapped in blankets as the sounds of crystal bowls, flutes, and gongs create a calming atmosphere. Gentle stretching, breathwork, and guided meditation are woven into the experience, helping participants release stress, quiet the mind, and enjoy a deeper sense of relaxation away from everyday distractions.

Open to all experience levels, the floating soundbath requires no previous yoga or meditation background. Support is available for getting on and off the boards, with larger boards available upon request to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. Optional kava drinks can also be added before the session for those looking to enhance their relaxation journey.

With simple preparation and a focus on mindfulness, guests only need to float, breathe, and embrace the moment. This peaceful water-based experience offers a refreshing way to calm the body, restore balance, and enjoy the healing combination of nature, music, and stillness.
