I am extremely happy that I used Nile Cruisers for our trip to Egypt. The level of service that Nile Cruisers provided exceeded our expectations on every facet. The greeters and tour guides were friendly, well-informed, and they provided excellent service that made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. While I expected to be part of a larger group on the tour, we were treated to our own personal tour guide for the three of us in our party (due to June being a slower period for tours). Hadeer Ahmed, was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Having her as our guide helped ensure that we had great memories of the iconic sites we visited in Cairo. Nile Cruisers should continue to use Hadeer for tours in Cairo. Our guide for the river cruise portion of the trip was Hamada Elamer. He, too, was very knowledgeable of the different sites in Aswan and Luxor. He was humorous and made us feel very welcome and answered all our questions. The selection of the Steigenberger Hotel El Tahrir Cairo and the MS Amwaj Livingstone cruise ship were great choices. The staffs at both venues went over and beyond providing 5-star service at every turn. The food was excellent and offered an expansive variety that highlighted the local cuisine. Others involved such as Adam, Ahmed, and the different drivers were also key to us having a great experience. I enjoyed talking to them and getting more familiar with the local culture. Kudos to them as well. I would highly recommend Nile Cruisers to anyone considering a visit to Egypt. They will work with you on providing you with the agenda to make your trip the best it can be.
We had an amazing cruise on the Nile from Aswan to Luxor, and our guide, Hamdy, truly made the experience unforgettable. From the very start, he was incredibly responsible, knowledgeable, and always ready with detailed answers to all our questions. His friendly and humorous personality added so much to the journey. Did the Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan with Ahmed as our guide. It was an amazing trip. Ahmed is a very knowledgeable guide, professional and friendly. Boat was very comfortable with great meals. Ahmed made the excursions very easy and gave a lot of history surrounding the temples.
