What an incredible trail. When you think about all the work it must have taken to achieve those houses, gardens, the specialy paved trail. It's awesome. But be aware that it's a really steep trail and the sun on the cliff add a couple of degrees and there is not much shadow. There is a covered picnic area, a bit of information water source and washroom down there. You can also bring a couple of Euros, there is a small nice coffee to take a pause.

I could hike this trail every day. What an incredible coastal trail with fantastic views and diverse terrain. We hiked it late in the day, and we saw maybe three people along the entire route. It's an absolutely idyllic part of the island. The feeling of walking here on an island in the middle of the ocean, where all you can hear is your own breathing and the sound of the waves, is incredible. Here's to more places like this in the future!

A really lovely walk ‘off the beaten path’ so quiet and gets you down to the ocean. Heading out is mostly downhill but coming back is therefore all uphill and steep so not for those who aren’t in good shape. Strongly suggest you go to the little bar on the ocean as a treat for your hike about 2km in. A peaceful and lovely view for a glass of wine or beer or coffee on the sea and very friendly owner.
