Just had an amazingad week here, off season. We have been blessed with decent weather, great service and excellent food. Rooms were nice and clean, staff have smiled every day and nothing has been too much trouble. We were a bit nervous as a lot of the recent reviews are quite negative. Well we have had a great time and would come again. I think it's one of those things where people just moan for the sake of it. Sure... there's mosquitos but buy the citronella bands and use spray and you get a couple of bites. What's new, 2025 Mozzies are everywhere and relentless. Nobody's fault. Try Scotland lol. The food has been so good, pools were clean and entertainment was fine. The halloween beach party was ace lol. Water park was okay and nice to be able to use it. Sea was spotless and great to snorkel. Loads of fish. Overall I just want to say thanks for a great off season holiday. We really enjoyed and would go again X

Arrived here on the 18th of October 2 adults 6 children x2 rooms. Arriving at the hotel was quick and efficient. We were booked in right away & given a buggy ride with our luggage to our rooms. The rooms are lovely and a good size too, we had a garden view which is also nice. We were lucky to be central to everything. The whole area is lovely and well laid out. The aqua park is brilliant and a massive hit with the kids. So many slides and varieties for all ages. The staff seem friendly enough and no bother atall. The food is average, but always a good selection. Breakfast was mainly our best meal & sometimes dinner too. I wouldnt bother waiting for the midnight snack..it wasnt worth it. Entertainment since we've been here we've had one night of it so far and it was average, then you can hear massive amounts of entertainment coming from the other hotel aqua fantasy. I feel like the entertainment let's down this hotel, because it genuinely is a lovely hotel with so much potential. The pools are brilliant no complaints on that. Drinks are good also. No one was lying when they said the mosquitos are bad..they are but I suppose that happens at most resorts. We are covered in bites thats with using sprays & wipes. Other than that the hotel is great the facilities are great. I would come back again, but I just feel that the kids besides the aqua park and few things plotted around they were pretty bored from early evening onwards. I hope this changes as it is a great place to be!! :)

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional — always greeting guests with a warm smile and genuine kindness. They truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options — from hot dishes to pastries, fruits, desserts and live cooking. The service in the restaurant was attentive without being intrusive. The Location was peaceful enough to relax. The hotel facilities including the Aquapark and the spa, were also top-notch. We would gladly stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and outstanding hospitality.

This was our first family holiday abroad and it was amazing!! Check in was easy and quick. We arrived late, around 10pm, we were told they had provided a light supper for the new arrival which was very much appreciated. Supper was soup, cold cuts of meat/cheeses, salad and a selection of bread rolls. The staff were incredible! My 4yr old has a peanut allergy (we carry epi pens) all food is clearly labelled. We were introduced to the food manager and head chef who were so helpful and on a few occasions even made my son a special dessert. The hotel is clean and beautifully presented, the many pools are amazing. Our favourite was the flamingo pool with a swimming up bar. Food in The Restaurant was served buffet style and plenty of it. There was a wide variety to choose from and outdoors they had live cooking stations. Even my fussy 7yr old loved all the food. The Aqua Water park is a dream with over 30 slides and many pools including the Lazy River. We will be returning!

GOOD: - Unlimited towels! So great to not have to bring them or be limited to one a day. - Lovely staff - everywhere. - Great location - in-between a beach (with amazing sunsets) and a fab water park. We didn’t leave the hotel for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. - The acrobatics evening show was wonderful. - The Turkish Bath was a perfect way to start my holiday and the sauna is very hot - in a good way! Such lovely staff in the spa too. - Lots of delicious choices for vegetarians in the main restaurant (didn’t try the other restaurants). LESS GOOD: - The room could be noisy from people moving their chairs next door or talking in the corridor. Luckily it is a family hotel so it wasn’t noisy at night. - At the pizza concession the pizza maker uses his hands with raw meat for the pizzas then doesn't wash them before making new (non-meat) pizzas, and also uses the same knife for everything. There needs to be better food hygiene standards there.
