Very relaxing environment and excellent service. We took Cleopatra vip package and it had sauna, steamroom, jacuzzi, hamam bath, full body scrub, facial and full body relaxing massage. So really everything you want and need to relax. Now feeling like walking in the clouds. They also picked us up and took us back to our hotel! Huge recommendation! ❤️👍

Since I live nearby, I made it my goal to visit this spa, and the offer I'd read about sounded very promising. I decided to take advantage of the complete package, which included a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, hammam, and massage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa was very well-organized and made a very clean, pleasant, and cozy impression. The staff took excellent care of each guest. I thoroughly enjoyed my two-hour stay, so I've decided I'd love to come back. All in all, it's a very pleasant environment, offers a great range of services at reasonable prices, and, in my opinion, is very quick and easy to reach on short notice due to its relatively central location.

This was my first time visiting Egypt and also my very first time experiencing this kind of spa treatment, so everything about it was completely new to me. I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place for my first experience. I went to the spa on my own and didn’t know what to expect, but from the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The massage was amazing — relaxing, and done with genuine care. The owner/manager was incredibly polite and kind, which made the whole experience even better. You can really feel the respect and passion they have for their work and their guests. I’m truly grateful for this beautiful experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Egypt or anyone looking for a great massage. I’ll definitely remember this as a special part of my trip.

Firstly, they tried to charge me around €8 for a supposed “debit card bank commission” from their bank. I refused, and they eventually reduced it to €2. Not a great start. Once inside, the experience was completely rushed. You’re moved quickly from the sauna to the spa with no chance to relax. Staff came in every few minutes, speaking loudly and hurrying everyone along. As others have mentioned, they also reuse wet towels between customers, which is unacceptable. (To be fair, the scrub and foaming treatment by Mahmoud was genuinely pleasant and relaxing.) Unfortunately, things became significantly worse. I booked a medical massage with another employee, and he began touching me in a highly inappropriate way. This behaviour was completely unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. To top it all off, the moment the massage ended, they practically forced me to take out my phone on the spot and write a glowing review of their services. Absolutely absurd. Overall: atrocious customer service, scam-like behaviour, and—most seriously—sexual harassment by at least one therapist. Stay away from this place for your own safety.
