About an hour from Florence — honestly just okay 😐. Gucci and Fendi were pretty picked over, and Armani/D&G only had lower-end lines 👗. Many pieces felt made for outlets, not boutique leftovers. Prices were fine 💸, but nothing special. Worth a stop if you’re nearby, but I wouldn’t make a trip just for it 🛑.

If in Firenze , must visit . Best deals in Europe - specially for Italian brands like Tods , Gucci , Prada and Armani . Mall is located 45 minutes by bus from Firenze SMN station . Easy to get a bus which costs Euro 18 return .

I thought it would be a better place, but it was below average. The prices are about the same as brand stores, only on Black Friday and special occasions they might be different. I didn’t really like how the shops are spread out, each one a 5-10 minute walk away. The plus side is they have a tax-free lounge to help shortcut the airport process.

Very modern mall and most of international brands are there. It is considered to be very small out let. Good to go there with bus , cheaper than Taxi or Uber .

Stopped to kill time before a dinner reservation. Not a fan of really any of the brands here...but the property was nice and people watching is great if you enjoy looking at people that like to take selfies with bags and love having a brand name printed across everything.
