Initial checking and booking the routes is easy. However, when registering, the mobile phone number country code defaults to Italy, even when the location has been confirmed as a different country. As a result, it is impossible to sign in to the site, but also impossible to change as "User Name Already Taken" meets any attempt to return and correct phone details. (And the office is largely closed at weekends and for two hours over lunch during the week, so difficult to talk to someone to correct this as well).

Very easy to catch buses to do walks and via ferrata in the area including Cinque Torri and Tre Cime. There is an English speaking office that opens at 8am where you can buy tickets and get information

It's just a small bus station in a small town - easy to find, and most buses end their runs here. However, when I left my phone in a seat back, the folks at the bus station were a big help. I had to return the next morning to retrieve my phone, but that's because the bus was locked up in the parking lot and the driver gone home for the night. At a bigger bus station/a bigger town, it would have been a lot harder to get my phone. As noted, the folks at the station were a big help in getting it back.

It's small and centrally located. I bought tickets on line. Busses run on time, so don't be late.
