A $10 non-refundable deposit per vehicle applies, and refunds require at least 48 hours’ notice, minus the deposit and processing fees. Customers receive full credit or refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows or late arrivals over 15 minutes may be charged the full price, and off-schedule custom shuttles are available for $40 per person ($80 minimum) with prior availability confirmation.
