Lucy was great! She was very helpful in taking us around Beijing and helping us navigate the bustling streets and crowded tourist places. She made sure we saw the most important places and gave us information on what we were seeing. Especially loved all the food we had on our lunches.

Wow. What an amazing company. I don’t think I have ever dealt with a sales person as efficient and helpful as Mary Ma. We ended up booking 4 tours/transfers through them and had zero regrets. The price was great, guides/drivers always punctual and helpful, and Mary catered to every request we had. Mary would always be prompt with her email responses, even if it was 8pm on a Sunday night. We will definitely be back in Beijing and will use this company again.

Linda was very knowledgeable about the places on the tour and answered all our questions. As well as questions that were not on the tour. Chen’s driving was performed as well as could be expected. Our tour with Ranee was an amazing experience! She was incredibly kind, professional, helpful, and funny, making the trip both informative and entertaining. Her passion for guiding was truly inspiring. The driver was also very kind, ensuring a smooth and pleasant ride in a comfortable Tesla Model Y. Everything went perfectly according to the schedule, allowing us to fully enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. The lunches were delectable and varied, offering a great taste of local cuisine. Overall, it was a well-organized and highly enjoyable tour. Highly recommended! :)

We really enjoyed the experience. In 3 days we were able to see all the highlights. The tour guide Linda was very informative and helpful she booked great seats for the acrobat show and arranged an early morning Great Wall parking spot that enabled us to Enjoy the wall when it was not crowded. Mr Wong our driver was exceptional and always found a way to pickup and drop off at a convenient spot. The car was new and comfortable. Really enjoyed the tour. Both Linda and Mr Wong helped us in every way making for a wonderful 3 days.

We signed up to the two day tour of Beijing and instantly saved 50 percent off the cost of a similar tour booked on our Cruise Ship. Unfortunately late patrons spolied the start. 27 of the 31 participants got to the tour bus on time. Almost two hours late we left for our adventure, andry, hungry, and anxious. The tour itself was wonderful and Lisa was an incredible guide with an incredible knowledge of Beijing, the Great Wall, and China. We learned so much from her that if mitigated the problem with waiting. If you have signed up to be there by 9 am and the Cruise Ship has given you first passage off the boat before any others - you should be on time! If you do take this tour please respect your fellow passengers and make sure you depart the cruise ship on time.

Terrible experience with them and cannot recommend them because not only did they threaten us with a lawsuit for writing our reviews but they refused to honor their own refund policies. We are in litigation with them now but you are not protected as an American citizen. This is not an American friendly company and all they want is your money and interested in your travel experience.

Decent tour service I reserved with them online they contacted me quickly and arrange everything. They take you from your hotel in the morning at 8 a.m. then will heading towards badling part of the great wall then going to lunch after that will go to Mutianyu side of the great wall. I was with the guide Mr.Jasson C and the driver Mr.Tian both were so friendly and kind. Mr.Jasson C is knowledgeable about the history of the great wall, he will give you a good amount of historical information about the wall, and of course he will help you if you need anything else, for me as a Muslim I can't eat anything that's not Halal food, so he was of great help of me. The car was comfortable, lunch was great, the great wall is AMAZING The price was a little bit in the higher rates but if I compare it to the service, they deserve it.
