My boyfriend and I went paragliding with DParapente for our very first time in the mountains close by Madrid. My husband and I booked a paragliding experience during our trip to Spain and after a 9-hour ordeal, I’d only give them 2 stars and here’s why: 1) lack of communication on the website: we did not go paragliding in Madrid as the location suggests. Depending on the weather, your experience can be 1.5 hours away from Madrid (as ours was) and they do not provide transportation. If I would’ve known this, I would not have booked it. We only get the location after we pay. I think they should let customers know this beforehand. 2) lack of communication the day of: we actually did not get to go paragliding at all because the wind levels were too high. I appreciate the commitment to safety, but the gliders knew the wind levels hours before we were supposed to jump. If they would’ve just sent us a simple WhatsApp message, we could saved $400 in a taxi ride. The fact that we didn’t get to jump at all made the $400 taxi ride all the more difficult. We spent a total of 9 hours traveling and waiting for the wind conditions to calm down, which unfortunately they never did. So we missed out on a whole day of exploring Madrid and a whole lot of money. The gliders were nice and gave us a refund, but this whole experience was ruined by the lack of communication.

I absolutely loved my experience. The paragliding was so fun with amazing sights and some chances to do some tricks in the air, we even saw wildlife! Sergio and Marta were the kindest people to me, and helped me navigate paragliding as well as Guadalajara! After a long walk uphill to get there, Marta went above and beyond by helping me call a taxi- Sergio even offered a ride! 100% would recommend!!

Great experience! The instructors are friendly, take security very seriously and try to customize the experience to the user. The views are amazing and you can even opt in some pirouettes 😁.
