Not visited the brewery but have to say, their Nocturne stout is outstanding. Bottled stout is so often disappointing but this is gorgeous. €3.20 in Supervalue.
The brewery tour led by Ronan was very interesting and informative - as were his answers to questions posed by members of the tour group. A memorable experience , one which I’d thoroughly recommend. The brewery’s beers are excellent as are the occasional one off bottlings.
Fantastic tour - Ronan is an energetic, engaging and knowledgable tour guide. We got a great run down on the history of brewing, experienced a real working brewery and got to sample a variety of beers at the end. Highly recommended
