Excellent park and the rangers were so nice and helpful at the visitors center. I love how it’s not too crowded and I hope it stays that way 😁 We saw the Organ Pipe Formation and a few interesting rocks. The only bad part was that it was winter and the ground was covered with ice, we almost took some nasty falls and one was almost over a ledge ,that thankfully we didn’t go over, when we were trying to visit the Echo Canyon Grotto. We’re going to try again in the Spring hopefully.

Omg, this is an amazing park y'all. I would compare this to Bryce Canyon. It takes a little while to really get into the views of the park on the hike but once you're there, you are truly immersed in its beauty. I would say i am very well traveled, ive seen alot of wildlife that can kill you from bears to mountain lions and snakes. This park had more snakes (Rattlesnakes at that) than any park i've ever been to so step cautiously. I 💓💓💓 this park so much. I will say as word of caution... once your near balanced rock the trail opens up and you can kindof explore. Im not a person who is easily lost or turned around, i got lost here. Thank goodness for the big balanced rock and a good internal compass i was able to manage to find the trail after about 30min because everything looks the same and there is NO Cell Service. Step Cautiously and Have Fun.

Simply wonderful. Views are amazing and scenery is fantastic. Hats off to the elderly gentleman, doing the volunteer work in the visitor center 👏. My recommendation , do Echo canyon trail and go 1/2 mile in to grettos and back and do Massaia point 1/2 mile hike. About 1.5 hours. For more details review watch video on youtube by ‘live that Adventure’ . Fill up car before going aa there js no nearby services beside in Wilcox

Beautiful place with cool geological formations that remind me of Cappadocia and the Stone Forest. Sunset was gorgeous, with multiple trails to wall and enjoy. Definitely worth the stop if you are nearby, even for a scenic drive.

Fun and fascinating. Trails for all levels.Echo Canyon Loop Trail was a favorite. This is one of the those national monuments that some wonder why it is not a park. It deserves it but more trails would be needed and maybe more roads to get to see other areas. Best keep to keep it simple and leave well enough alone.
