A Sophisticated, Sustainable Escape with Unforgettable Sunsets Jetwing Sea is a masterclass in blending 50 years of heritage with a contemporary, sophisticated feel. The value here is truly in the connection to the sea and the expansive sandy beach. The Highlights: • The Room & Sunset Views: We stayed in a ground-floor room that was incredibly spacious with large wardrobes and a huge washroom. The highlight was the wide terrace that opened directly from our room onto the sand. It is the perfect spot to enjoy an exquisite sunset directly from your room or the terrace. • Authentic Sustainability: Their commitment to the environment is impressive. You won’t see any plastics here; instead, they use local, natural products for everything from the decorations to the table settings. • Organic Dining: The "farm-to-table" policy is evident in the quality of the food. It is truly organic and sourced from their own farms. • The Fruit Bar: My personal highlight was the fruit bar. J. Kumar was fantastic, freshly preparing a platter of our choice using native Sri Lankan fruits—some of which I hadn’t tasted since my childhood and are impossible to find in a standard supermarket. The staff was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a high-quality, eco-conscious stay with deep roots in Sri Lankan hospitality.

I stayed here for 1 night after landing in Sri Lanka, the hotel, staff and my room were really lovely. THe location was fine for me for 1 night, it is in the North of Negombo so there are limited things within walking distance, if you're staying for longer then you're probably better off being a bit further south. All in all this was a lovely place to stay.

Long delay while basically the guy that met us at the airport called an UBER- better to just call one yourself. In fairness we were escorted out of the airport to the car and the driver himself was lovely.

I stayed here for only two nights (6 and 7 Dec 2025) at the start of an Intrepid tour and I could have stayed two more! This hotel is lovely. My room (209) had a balcony and a pleasant view of the pool and beach. The service at the hotel is warm and personal. The place is clean and well presented. The pool was lovely and the beach lounger was the perfect spot to while away a sunny afternoon. The breakfast buffet was the best I experienced in my one week tour that included three other hotels. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is the second time I checked in Jetwing sea. Overall same good standards as last year. I booked a deluxe double room on the ground floor Infront of the pool .They nicely welcomed us . The view was awesome , specially the evening . Very calm atmosphere. The conditions of the room was in highest. Specially the coffee nice . The pool was well maintained, clean and clear. Set menu was at best as expected. The morning buffet also had a good variety. Over all experience was at best . I will come again for a nice calm relaxed stay.

The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with lovely sea views and all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — a great mix of Sri Lankan and international options, all well prepared and full of flavor. Every meal felt fresh and satisfying. What really makes Jetwing Sea special is the people. The staff across the hotel were warm, polite, and genuinely helpful, always smiling and ready to assist without ever feeling intrusive. Overall, it was a relaxing, memorable stay, and we would happily return.
