Lovely place to visit with family…
It’s a big cave with many caverns (for Brazil). It has good infrastructure, friendly guides, and the road from Belo Horizonte is safe and fast.
Stunning caves, in a remote location. Very unspoilt and a great tour guide ensured we learned a lot about the history. Small souvenir shops surround the caves and nice gardens also. Plenty of parking and not too expensive. It wasn't busy when we went, at midday in May
