The hotel was very good, clean, and the staff were friendly. The comfort of the hotel and the pool area was quite nice. The prices for lunch and dinner were a bit high, but still somewhat acceptable since it was by the beach where prices are usually higher. The food was fairly tasty. The breakfast, which was included in the room package, was quite weak since it was the same every day with no variety. There were many wasps and bees, which was a bit disturbing, especially when traveling with a small child, as we were worried they might sting at any moment. The fridge in the room did not cool properly. The service was not consistent for all guests. According to the rules, food was not allowed in the rooms, but for some clients this was overlooked and even served by the waiters. Meanwhile, when we requested this option, especially since it is not easy to always go to the restaurant with a small child, we were told it was not allowed. One suggestion would be to create a small play area for children, since almost all the guests were families with at least two kids. Being an enclosed place, some entertainment for children would make a big difference. Overall, €180 per night is quite a high price for Albania, so the investment in services and facilities should reflect that with higher quality.

This is a nice property with a beautiful, clean and private beach, and a great pool to relax in. The rooms were nice and spacious, and we really appreciated that the beds were prepared thoughtfully for our family of four’s stay. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the property. The waiters often made us feel like we were inconveniencing them whenever we asked for something. They were never welcoming. The AC in our room didn’t work, it was terribly hot at night. Instead of sending maintenance, a waiter was sent who didn’t really care, and didn't even bother to find a solution. We ended up sleeping uncomfortably for three nights with our kids, using just a fan that the reception team kindly gave us (they were the only ones who were understanding and apologetic). The management should have arranged a room change or at least offered some other way to make up for the situation. Breakfast was average, with more or less the same items served every day. The food overall was overpriced and not exceptional — we had a far better, gourmet meal at Duka Winery with a gorgeous setting for less money. This place has so much potential because the location and facilities are beautiful. But for what we paid, we expect the service and guest care to be taken seriously. Their staff needs some serious training in customer service. I would only recommend it to those who want a great pool and beach and don’t care much about comfort, service, or food quality.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at EliteBay Boutique Hotel! 5 stars for the spotless rooms, the crystal-clear pool, and the overall cleanliness everywhere. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and I even noticed the kitchen on the way to the underground parking — it was spotless. The waiters were great, especially Filip, who always gave the best recommendations and never disappointed. The location by the beach is perfect, and the staff made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay at Elite Bay Hotel! I was truly pleased with my stay at the Elite Bay Hotel. From the outside, everything looked impressive and well-maintained. The service was an absolute 10 out of 10 – professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. I had a room with direct pool access, which was a fantastic feature – incredibly convenient and perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The ambience was inviting, the cleanliness impeccable, and the food absolutely delicious. One of my personal highlights was the pool – crystal clear and extremely well-kept. There’s also a separate children’s pool, which is great for families and very thoughtfully designed. The beach area has potential for improvement, but overall it still provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. A huge thank you goes out to Pamela, Vilma, and Klodi, who were extraordinary in their service. They went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Their friendliness and attention to detail made me feel truly welcome. Highly recommend this hotel – I’ll definitely be coming back!
