You might be here reading reviews because you found this ecolodge as part of a package offered by a tour company. Well, that’s how we ended up at this lodge. So I want to start by saying that this is an excellent choice and you won’t regret staying here. Now, let me tell you that you don’t need to use a tour company to book this lodge, and that’s probably gonna save you some money. They can arrange for the transportation from Manaus (airport or hotel) to the lodge round trip. The other activities that the tour company added to our package could have easily been booked separately as they are all outside of Manaus - and not something you do while in the lodge (i.e. swimming with the pink dolphins). Now about the lodge itself: it’s peaceful, beautiful location, the food is delicious and we enjoyed getting to know the local family that owns it.
