Cosimo and Gabriella were fantastic, and the tour itself was phenomenal. We were the only two English speakers on the tour and Gabriella made such an effort to make sure we understood and enjoyed the tour. We had a private wine tasting that was delicious and an added lunch

OMG Gui was amazing! We had such a great time and would highly recommend doing any class they have! Just finished the Florentine steak class and it was amazing. Learnt so much and the food ended up being so good. We did this class because we enjoyed the pizza and gelato class so much the day before that we booked an extra day in Florence and signed up for this one. Thank you Gui, Angela and Ciao Florence for an amazing 2 days.

Everything was very well planned and well organized. The schedule was clear and precise, and the information provided throughout the tour was useful and interesting. We visited Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, and also enjoyed a winery lunch with wine tasting — all of it was great. Our tour guide, Constantine, was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. The driver was also professional, drove safely, and was very polite. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

I enjoyed the day tour of Como, Bellagio and Lugano. All three places were beautiful and it was a pleasure discovering this part of Europe. Our guide, Alessandra, was also very knowledgeable. The only thing I would say to other tourists is to use your time wisely at each place as the time goes really quickly at all three places. But overall, it was a nice day and I can happily recommend this tour and Ciao Florence!
