Great trip. Great way to see the Amalfi Coast. Good fun with the guide and the other passengers. Great day all in all.
Absolutely fab captain. He showed us soooo much and was very knowledgeable. If you got to choose this or capri THIS is definitely the one to go for! We went to Amalfi and Positano as well as swimming with fish in a private bay, drank from a fresh water waterfall, fed bright blue fish in a grotto, and went past sooo many ruins and famous homes that he pointed out to us ( can’t remember his name but he did spend a few years as a driver for they chicken island). They also picked us up from our out of town accommodation. Still brings a smile to my and hubby’s face!(we went 30/9/25)
A fun way to see the coast and cities of Amalfi and Positano. We got 1.5 hours in Amalfi first, then 2 hours in Positano. All the other reviews are correct, the towns themselves are cool to see, but mostly just tourist shops and restaurants. Lots of stairs and hills if you want to go anywhere past the boat dock. We grabbed lunch at the first stop and shopped at the second. If you want to drink alcohol, bring your own or drink in the towns. They give you one Peroni and a small glass of prosecco (which wasnt good, in fact the worst I’ve had in Italy). It’s provided by the company, not the captains, so don’t be mad at them! Our guides were very fun and we had a dance party! Definitely jump in the water and swim, it wasn’t even cold and we went in late September. I would recommend this tour. If you are elderly or have trouble walking or with balance, I would consider a ferry as getting on and off the boat is an adventure in itself! Definitely recommend!
