We had a great day trip. Jason our guide was very friendly and informative. The lunch was delicious and the extra stops ie Wine tasting, maple syrup tasting and a visit to the gorgeous Niagara on the Lake enhanced the tour & was good value for money. Not to mention the actual Niagara Falls - amazing!

Michael (the Captain) or also known as Santa! Was honestly the best tour guide we could’ve asked for on our trip to Niagara Falls! He was incredibly knowledgeable about Toronto and the Falls, gave us plenty of laughs along the journey and gave us great tips to be able to enjoy our experience even more Our booking was for Christmas Eve and it felt like the perfect day trip, Michael dressed for the occasion and it made the day even better We’d highly recommend booking this experience, you’ll not regret it Thanks Captain Santa 🎅

My experience with Queen Tours will absolutely fantastic! This is largely due to our incredibly pleasant, engaging and thoughtful tour guide/leader, Winston! He sincerely took joy in going above and beyond for all of the passengers to ensure that we were aware, aided and informed. Personally, I am most grateful for willingness to cultivate an extremely accommodating experience for my Mom that needed wheelchair assistance with some of the excursions. It was a total of 4 of us on the tour together. We were all so moved by his kindness and attention to detail. Winston, you were an angel. The tour was incredible! Wayne was full of facts and knowledge throughout the trip and kept up laughing with his humour. The wine tasting was great, the lunch delicious and the waterfalls breathtaking! Niagara on the Lake was a picturesque town and great for some shopping. Would 100% recommend this tour to anyone.

Nice full day experience from Toronto to Niagara Falls. Guide and bus driver were very friendly. Bus very new and therefore a convenient trip. Day itself was nice. Wine stop could have been better (was just a school and a very short explanation and afterwards you were motivated to shop), all other stops were nice. Timing was okay and lunch was okay too. Niagara Falls including the boat trip were impressive. The tour guide kept on sharing facts and stories via his microphone, which became annoying after a while since they were not so relevant after a time. Would recommend the tour to anyone without a rental car.

Queen tour gave all the information in advance everyone on time no stress no hassle I arrived at the point meeting bus tour arrived on time driving and guiding us by Salvatore , our names were mentioned on the board and we felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start! The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that she deserves a special thanks. We had great day there Niagara , which obviously also added up to the experience. Salvatore is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the six of us through the area. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural Niagara Falls on the end was a great way to end the tour. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to all of us. All respect for Salvatore who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide! Many thanks again and I recommend Salvatore and Queen tour to everyone!
