My first time on a hot air balloon and it was very fun. The crew prepares you for the ride from start to finish so you are in good hands. You get to see the surroundings of Luxor and Valley of the Kings. Be warned though the balloon rides leave early in the morning and may not happen if the weather/wind affects the ride so don't be disappointed, safety first. A great place up in the sky to take photos but be highly cautious as you don't want to drop your camera or smartphone.

We had an unforgettable hot air balloon ride in Luxor with Ragab as our guide! The morning started off a bit chilly while we waited for take-off, but the moment we lifted into the sky, we forgot all about the cold. Ragab was funny, friendly and clearly passionate about what he does. Floating above the Nile, the green fields and the ancient temples was absolutely magical — the kind of view you can’t capture in photos, no matter how hard you try. The entire experience felt safe, smooth and beautifully organized.
