Very simple to use system, I had to call customer service to change the boat, was done in a minute. Kayaks were clean and life vest in good condition. The distance to the water in Solna is about 20 m. I can definitely recommend this type of kayak renting.

I researched this purchase for quite a while trying to decide if a modular Kayak was the way I wanted to go. I finally pulled the trigger and purchased a Falcon Tandem. It arrived in just a little over a week in three separate boxes. Part of the above mentioned research involved watching videos on the assembly and disassembly of the kayak. The videos made it look like it took very little effort. The reality is that' it's somewhat difficult. The release mechanism on mine does not stay open and I actually had to put a piece of plastic in it and then slide it apart. The Kayak is a little difficult to control as well but that is probably due to my inexperience. It seems really well built and I hope to get many years of fun on the water.

I booked 2 kayaks. When we were gonna get the kayaks there was no service at all. They just pointed to where they were and that's it. There was a top missing from one of the waterproof compartments that we had to go up and ask for. We also had to go back up and ask how you managed the rudder. No initiatives at all from the staff. It would have been nice if they asked if we needed any assistance and not just assume that we knew everything already. The kayaks were in good condition and clean.
