Everything was amazing, from the tea ceremony with Hahmed both mint and absinthe and thebdetail preparing. To all the fantastic Tangines we all prepared. I made Brian Chicken Tangine. Best dinner we had while in Marrakech. Hassan was a wonderdul teacher but u must say yes chef ever time or will get hit with stick. Haha just kidding. Definitely worth while cooking class.
