The moon Mna gathering was so great, a wonderful introduction told by a kind lady who felt like a kindred soul. It was amazing when Karen chanted, I actually felt she sang through me or into my throat and this lead to a deeper connection with my inner goddess. It felt like a cleansing, also to meet some Moon Mna sisters was very heart warming. Thank you for a wonderful experience Karen and Moon Mna Sisters!

I just watched Karen's talk (via YouTube) on Ancient Irish Wisdom for Modern Women: Idir Ait. This is just what I have been feeling today. I'm in a liminal place between seasons, between coming out of hibernation and feeling the new spring energy. Where I live in the world it has just recently warmed up enough for the spring bulbs to be blooming and the trees are also in bud. I just today saw a bird with a feather in its mouth looking for a place to start building a nest, and our rabbit friend is coming 'round regularly for his carrot snack. Finally, I can feel it happening more and more, as we've had more sunshine, and the nicest April weather I can remember. Dr. Karen always gives us insight into what is happening around us, and this talk was one of her best. Much love to you and thank you, Karen!

I love Karen's Talks. I have joined in on many meditations, talks and guidance from Moon Mna and Slí an Chroí. The energy and magic released is spectacular. Being on the Holistic and Celtic spiral I am grateful I found this lady and I feel on par with what is shared. Take what you like and leave the rest.
