Rituals is such a beautiful store — the kind of place you walk into and instantly feel calmer. The layout, the scents, the soft lighting… everything is designed to make the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The product selection is excellent, with plenty of options for gifts, self-care, and everyday routines that feel a bit more special. The staff are one of the store’s biggest strengths. They’re warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. It’s also lovely to see a team that speaks multiple languages, which makes the experience even more welcoming for everyone who walks in. Disappointed with the Customer Service at Rituals, Jervis Shopping Centre I recently purchased a gift set from the Rituals store in Jervis Shopping Centre and was quite disappointed with the customer service. Unlike previous experiences at the Grafton Street branch—where the staff were friendly and attentive—this visit was underwhelming. The staff member who assisted us did not provide a proper gift bag for the item we purchased. At the same time, I noticed another staff member offering a well-presented paper bag with decorative wrapping to another customer. When I asked for a suitable bag that could properly fit the gift set, my request was ignored. It’s unfortunate to receive such inconsistent service between branches. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to the Jervis store. I would strongly suggest that management consider assigning staff who are more customer-focused and enthusiastic about their role.

I went to Jervis Rituals today and Layene was so helpful. Really beautiful gift packaging and very patient. I love that they have a fab sink there to try the mousses or washes. I want one of these sinks!
