Well I am Oliver the man behind all of this.That is me!I don’t earn income from this I do it since I love it and the Art of Cooking is just small part of what I do.Drummer,poet,opera singer,painter,I wrote a screenplay for Netflix called The dog shelter but I have no time to putt the 5 pages together.My mission is very simple it is not the Art of Cooking it is the Art of living by Oliver cooking is just one corner!I do not have an ego at all.I am a humbled man,honest,religious,I look after my sick mother,I spread love and harmony,piece,no borders no injustice I fight agains corruption in this country where more than 50 percent of people work as public servants.We have more holidays than any other country in the world out VAT is 25 percent people are starving and what does the government?They lease every 3 years 130 Audi top of the range and 2 bullet proof Mercedes Benz cars!What the mupensioners are doing when they get a small pension first?Do you know maybe!They pay the bills and if there is some money left they buy a loaf of bread!That is why I fight for justice to prevail.Corrupted politicians!I grew up in Cavtat but I am a proud Australian as that country gave me a second chance!Here in this country I only got problems.Restaurants buying from a big supermarket a lava cakes 2 for 2 euros and than they sell one as a sufle for 10 euros.Why???The only thing I purchased there where the knifes since they where cheap and sharp and who do I see one of the restaurants in Cavtat 2 big trolleys of all kind of stuff for his restaurant!!And than he makes a 500 percent profit!Another restaurant where I ordered a Greek salad and Sea Brim with lemon and potatoes what happened?You run on the plate and using a microscope you find Greek cheese and Olives are green with a pip on it so that I brake my tooth.I asked the manager when is it enough for you and did the owner that knows me since I was a little boy gave him open hands to do whatever he wants?The answer to the first question is I Quote;It is never enough for the second why don’t you have black olives no pips he said to me I am waiting for that supermarket to get them cheap for a month now!Whel there is a supermarket 25 meters from him amd they have black olives and he doesn’t want to pay just a little bit more to make the right thing!And what do I find in a salad?HAIR!!!The worst thing that can happen!Than goes the sea bream with lemon.There was so much lemon that I had to return the dish and he is praising his main chef!I paid for everything and he tell me:you are a professional we are amateurs please don’t come here anymore to eat we can make you a coffee only and quests what 9 times out of 10 when I say in any bar,large Americano with with warm milk on the side and 2 glasses of water they bring me something else.My mission and my task is to take you back to your childhood to create memories for the rest of your life you will remember what we did together that is my mission to make you feel at home.

I have been friends with Oliver for 40 years. From the beginning I noticed that Oliver is quite a special person. His passion for art in general was amazing. The fish Oliver prepared two days ago, Lokarda on a 33€ electric gril was the best fish I have ever tried. I am so happy that Oliver is my friend and he is like a brother to me. 🥰
