We had an amazing day trip to Neuschwanstein Castle in September 2025. Our tour guide, Monica, was excellent and had vast knowledge of the castle and its history. She was friendly, professional, and very well organized. Her explanations made the history of the castle even more interesting, and she ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Thanks to Monica, the trip was truly enjoyable and memorable. His colleagues was very friendly & hospitable as well. I am thankful to both of them.

Faizan was our guide for our tour today and he was excellent. The tour itself was lovely. My friend and I were a bit hesitant to book it because it was a bit higher than we wanted to spend but we were so pleased that we did. Our bus was warm, had snacks, coffee, and restroom. Our guide Faizan was friendly, funny, and kind. Not only did he share a lot of extra information about the places but he also made sure to give clear directions and made it clear that he welcomed any questions. The tour and the castles were stunning and I got to be cozy while being in the cold. I would highly recommend this tour and Faizan.
