I recently had a incident in Egypt where I had to make a claim against my insurance company dive master insurance. From day one in submitting the claim they were there for me but there was one person that went out of his way therefore I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Matthew Barlow Who was there for me all the way through the process top man and I would recommend Dive Masters insurance to everyone Thank you Matthew much appreciated Tony
Amazing team - Unfortunately, I have had to use their services in Bonaire and in Egypt and both times I have been dealt with with 5* service and compassion and efficiency! Mathew in particular went above and beyond, making calls to local contacts and even on the other line to me when I was scared and in tears ... I'm sure that's not in his job description. I would recommend them as an insurer for divers always ! I had the accident in July and as I had bought an annual cover I am still covered for the other trips I have planned this year and next. I'm not diving for the moment - but I'm happy to know that they will cover me and pay up swiftly if need be.
Don't use their travel insurance - they sit on a claim, invent excuses, deny responsibility and you end up having to go via the ombudsman to get a professional verdict. Update : Now 7 months since my claim went in and so far absolutely nothing but delays and excuses.
