It’s difficult to understand how the National Transport Authority has been allowed to redesign Dublin’s transport system into something this inefficient. Buses are now forced to drive so slowly that it actually creates dangerous situations and causes massive delays for everyone. Public transport should be fast, reliable, and logical. Instead, the system now feels like it was designed on a spreadsheet with no connection to the streets, the traffic, or the people who depend on it daily. Dublin deserves much better planning than this. In my opinion, this is a planning failure at management level. The current leadership of the NTA has had more than enough time to show results — instead, the system has become slower and more frustrating for both passengers and drivers. The management team should be replaced with people who genuinely understand real-world transport and can design a network that actually helps the city move.
Less than useless they don't give a damn. Apoca illegally clamped my car no help from the NTA. Theft of 132 Euros
Poor experience. Appealed incorrect clamping where we paid for parking but got two digits the wrong way around on car but still paid value of parking ticket. Appealed this issue after paying 125 euro to remove clamp plus 2.20 for parking which we did not get refunded even though this was an "invalid" ticket. The real kicker is the fact that the person paying for parking has a severe chronic illness along with dyslexia so would be easy to mix up two digits. Explained to clamper and refused to stop putting on clamp, even showed proof of purchase of a ticket for car park. He just kept repeating "well it's nearly on now" Clearly no impartial judgement from national transport authority appeals division and in bed with clamping company. Will NEVER use this car park again in Naas town centre which is a pity as it is close to the chemist for my partner who gets tired from walking. Clear lack of equality, social inclusion and judgement from both national transport authority and apoca clamping company. Total cost of theft - €127.20
