Customer Reviews
Hello fresh order never came. Due yesterday. Told it be here early this morning. Nothing and if it does arrive tonight, its 2 days on a van so definitely cant consume it.
Very disappointing service from Xpect Same Day.** The delivery status is not updated in real time, leaving customers completely in the dark about where their parcels are. There is also **no customer support phone number**, which is unacceptable for a courier company—especially one handling time-sensitive deliveries. Email responses are **slow and unhelpful**, and there seems to be no urgency at all. My parcel contains **fresh groceries**, yet it has been delayed for **three days** with no clear explanation or accountability. At this point, the items may already be spoiled. I am still waiting for my order from **The Hopsack**, and this experience has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend Xpect Same Day for any delivery involving perishable goods or anything time-critical.
Hello fresh started using this service about a week ago, why I don’t know cause Dpd were great!! Literally the worst service ever! I’m waiting for my hello fresh order for the last two days now! A driver did turn up yesterday and after he searched his van he then tells me that another driver took the order and it should arrive later that day. The tracking said it should be delivered between 8:30pm to 9:30pm. Yet it never showed up. Today, I have been looking at the tracking all morning because it kept saying the driver was 30 minutes away. It stayed like this from 10am till 1pm going from 30 mins away to 37 minutes away and then it updated to the driver was experiencing difficulty delivering and will re attempt. When you click into the picture it just shows a table! I am fully convinced he didn’t move from his house! Tomorrow will make it three days without my order and this order has a lot of meat and dairy products so I will have to reject the order when it eventually arrives because I highly doubt these vans are refrigerated!!! Oh and to add, there is a chat function on the site where you can chat to the driver and when I done this he ignored me and switched the chat function off! 🙄 all I asked was if he was nearly here! 🙄
