Beautiful but not very active or maintained, looked very dry and old. I can imagine in the glorious days it was incredible to look at and hike in, but now I say PASS. MANY nice restos and cafee’s around the are which is a big plus for sitting and enjoy the view. Good and cheap food, free parking in many places and friendly stuff almost everywhere

A very beautiful and peaceful place with stunning views of the rice terraces 🌿 The scenery is absolutely breathtaking and feels truly special, especially in the morning. What makes this place even better is the variety of cozy cafés and spots around the terraces, where you can relax, enjoy a coffee or lunch, and take in the view. Some places even offer swimming pools overlooking the rice fields — swimming with such a view is an amazing experience. Well worth a visit if you’re in Bali. Perfect for photos, relaxing, and enjoying nature at its best. Highly recommended 👍

If you’re up for a short trip outside central Ubud, this rice field is definitely worth a visit—especially if you enjoy a quiet walk surrounded by greenery. We visited around 3:30–4 PM during off-peak hours, and it was perfect—fewer tour buses, not overcrowded, and very peaceful. It’s a little off the main Ubud area, but the journey wasn’t bad at all, and the scenery is beautiful. But don’t need to travel 2-3hrs from another part of Bali to visit. Unless you plan to stay in Ubud area. It is a not bad spot to take photos, and easy walk up and just need 2hrs small area ~enjoy the classic Bali rice terrace vibe without the crowds.
