We decided to bike the Myra Canyon and Trestles on our family trip to Kelowna. We booked our bicycles online to ensure we had them for our desired time. Upon arriving it was a quick check in and we got our bikes in no time at all. The staff greeted us, were very smiley and cheerful, made sure we were comfortable with the bikes, adjusted the water bottle holders to fit our yetis and helped adjust the bikes to fit. The ride itself was wonderful and we felt as though it was an easy ride for all skill levels. It was a beautiful ride through the tunnels, over the trestles and through the treed paths. We loved it. The return of the bikes was simple and easy. This is a highlight of the trip and we recommend this to anyone visiting Kelowna. The chipmunks at one of the view point stops were super friendly and came right up to us. We felt like Disney princesses, haha.

Well-maintained, geared bikes made the Myra Canyon ride so easy. If you don't want to wait for long in the queue, booking ahead is a must, especially for tandems or e-bikes. Staff were friendly and organized, rentals about $50 ($250 for electric). Highly recommend for a worry-free trail experience!

Experience a part of the historical Kettle Valley Railway route built between 1912-1914. This well-established, interactive 24km trail is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestles. It offers spectacular views of Myra Canyon and Okanagan Lake. It is the best outdoor activity in Kelowna for the whole family. The track is located at an elevation of 1.260 meters, it is relatively flat and can be cycled within 4 hours.

An unforgettable experience! Myra Canyon bike ride is absolutely stunning and a must-do if you’re in the Kelowna area! The scenic trail along the old Kettle Valley Railway offers breathtaking views, especially from the trestle bridges and tunnels. It’s a perfect mix of history, nature, and adventure. The path is well-maintained, mostly flat, and very beginner-friendly — great for all ages and fitness levels. We rented bikes on-site and the process was super smooth, with friendly and helpful staff. Make sure to bring water, sunscreen, and a camera — you'll want to stop often to soak in the views. Highly recommend doing this ride in the morning or early evening to beat the heat in summer. A peaceful, memorable, and truly beautiful experience!

Rented an e-bike and a regular bike and had a very enjoyable time with my husband. They were very good to explain the rules of the path and the rules of the bikes, the check in/pay process at the beginning was easy as there were no lineups. We did not have to reserve online but of course if you don’t reserve online there is a chance they might not have any bikes available when you go but they had lots of bikes and people kept dropping them off after their rides so that didn’t really seem like a problem. The trail is very nicely maintained and beautiful scenery of course. Overall I definitly recommend renting bikes for this trail, the trail is only 11 km one way.
