Tried to complete tool booking procedure using two different devices (phone+tablet) to no avail. When raised issue staff showed zero interest in resolving it.
As I am unable to drive. I asked how much extra would they charge to deliver and collect again a carpet shampoo machine on hire for the day at 33.00 euro. Shocked to discover they would charge 33.00 euro EACH way from South circular Road to Ballyfermot!!! As a pensioner I cannot understand how transport would cost more than to hire the carpet shampoo. Ballyfermot is not in the back and beyond! Flabbergasted
