Of all the temples we visited, this one was my favourite! Its a perfect blend of being able to see a temple and how it's was designed, alongside letting nature take back the space. The trees here cannot be explained, you have to go see them. It is beautiful and calming. Highly highly recommend!

One of the better temples to see. Busier than most of the others and a bit cramped at certain parts due to higher number of visitors but well worth it. Part of Tomb Raider was filmed here and you can see why with the huge trees growing right on top of the temple all throughout.

Definitely my favourite among the Angkor temples I visited. It feels deeply infused with nature, with massive overgrown trees wrapped around the buildings. The mix of ruins and jungle makes it incredibly atmospheric and unforgettable.

Ta Prohm is one of the most striking temples in Angkor, where colossal tree roots wrap themselves around ancient stone, creating an almost surreal atmosphere. Built in the late 12th century by King Jayavarman VII, the temple has been intentionally left largely unrestored, allowing nature and history to coexist beautifully. Yes—this is the very temple featured in the Tomb Raider movie, and standing here truly feels like stepping into a living film set frozen in time.

Ta Prohm is one of the unmissable temples of Angkor Archaeological Park, despite the steep competition. Situated in the jungle, Ta Prohm is full of the sound of parrots and other bird life. The beautifully restored galleries are a highlight here. Allow between 60 and 90 minutes here.
