The itinerary was well-thought of. We got to see and feel a variety of cultural experiences. Gio was a great guide and very well versed with Mexican history. Lalo was also a great and careful driver.

SAL was a robust and engaging guide. The entire trip was wonderful. I wish we had been given more info on the farmers market in Cayocan as we would have eaten authentic food on our own.

This museum had been on my list for quite some time, and I can truly say I highly recommend it. We visited on a Saturday and were able to join a guided tour led by one of the museum’s guides. If you have the opportunity to wait for a guided tour, I strongly suggest doing so. Our guide explained everything exceptionally well and with genuine passion, which is always appreciated. They answered questions thoroughly and encouraged active participation throughout the visit. Beyond the impressive main structure of the museum, there is an additional building next door that was constructed just a few years ago and is also well worth exploring. The overall space invites you to take your time and appreciate both the architecture and the collection. The museum also has a small café where you can sit and observe the building, making it a pleasant place to pause and reflect after the visit. As a note, if you wish to take photos inside the museum, there is an additional fee

Beautiful place. Feels more like visiting a park than an actual museum. The house is huge and weird. So weird so wonder if it’s actually a house. It stands impressive overlooking the state. The objects inside are not described and there seems to be no logical connection between them - a mix of artisanal works and Diego’s sketches. I heard they have concerts and other events in the museum. Definitely worth it. Plus the neighborhood around the museum is very down to earth so make sure you try some of its restaurants.

We were able to get to it from Mexico City via the Metro and then local bus. There is NO shuttle service from the museum. Uber return to the Metro cost 109. Museum building is made from volcanic stone and looks great. Random collections of items picked up by Diego no explanation cards of what there were. Really need a guide some people had audio guides but we weren’t offered one and did not know about them til we entered building. About 6 murals. Lots of school kids. Great coffee in cafe😀 Nothing we hadn’t see before in the Museums in the city English guided tours at 11 and 2

An amazing gallery space and sensational architecture. You could spend hours exploring this gorgeous space. The attached cafe is also pretty nice. You can also see some amazing views of the city from the roof. A must visit when you’re in Mexico City.

An absolutely stunning architectural wonder with artifacts and scriptures alongside pottery inside. The multi floor building is made with volcanic rock and is so intricate! Make sure to visit each floor including the basement with the wishing well and roof top for the views. Look up and each room’s ceiling is so intricately designed with snakes, animals and more! Highly recommend visiting. Even the ladies’ bathrooms are so clean and beautiful designed and have personal sinks in each stall. The cafe next to the temple has a variety of refreshing drink and snack options! I recommend visiting this after your museum visit.
