Our Askos tour was fantastic. Paulo was very knowledgeable about Pompeii. His guidance was clear and efficient. Our pace was comfortable and paced well. We were meet on time and guided through the ruins well. Small details were explained and old stories or false things that 'everyone knows ' about Pompeii were explained and the truth about the history and findings were revealed. There was a great attention to detail and hidden gems throughout the site revealed. Paulo was clear and very willing to answer questions with fascinating details. His deep understanding is archeology and science were very much appreciated. The tour was captivating and quiet fun. He kept the group together and engaged. I would highly recommend Askos guide tours to everyone

We took a day tour to Pompeii and Herculaneum from Naples, and it was excellent. Everything ran on time, and communication before the tour was clear and well organized. Our guide, Diego, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and he made the tour both engaging and informative. We learned a great deal about the history, and his explanations really brought the sites to life. We would definitely recommend Askos tour.

We booked a tour on Sunday, October 26 for Pompeii and Herculenium. It was definitely a highlight of our trip. Our tour guide, Amadeus was so knowledgeable and excited showing us the ruins. He had a degree in Archeology and knew so many details and interesting facts- it was mesmerizing! Loved all the people on our tour as well- lots of fun conversations. Think I liked Herculenium even better than Pompeii!

We took the trip to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius on October 10th, 2025, and it was an amazing experience. Our first stop was Pompeii, where our tour guide led us through the streets of the ancient city. The guided tour lasted about an hour and a half, after which we had another hour and a half to explore Pompeii on our own. Then, the minibus took us near Mount Vesuvius. There, our second tour guide, Mario, showed us the path to the top of the volcano. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Mario was a true professional and very patient as we waited for my mother, who had recently undergone knee surgery. Thanks to his help, we managed to reach the top slowly but surely. He truly made it one of the greatest experiences we’ve ever had.

Our guide Mario was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and we loved learning about the history of the volcano, Naples, Pompeii and surrounding areas from him. Our geologist guide on top of the volcano was amazing also. Both guides made this trip so worthwhile. Can highly recommend. Most certainly worth the climb to the rim and the views are spectacular. My best day in Italy. ❤️
