Great family tour experience in Kerala We booked a 7-day family tour package for Kerala, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The customer service and response time were very good right from the beginning. The team was cooperative and supportive throughout the trip. We did face a minor car issue initially, but it was resolved quickly. The stay with breakfast was provided as per our request, and the check-ins were handled smoothly and on time, which made the experience hassle-free. The driver was excellent – polite, professional, and well-mannered. He could communicate fluently in both English and Hindi, so there were no language barriers at all. The car provided was clean and comfortable, which made long drives enjoyable. The package coordinator did a good job, and the overall package was reasonably priced(Flight tickets were self booked). The sightseeing itinerary was well planned, and we were able to cover all the major attractions comfortably. A special mention for the additional inclusions like the Alleppey Shikara ride and Periyar boating, which added value to the trip. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable family holiday, and I would definitely recommend this tour company to anyone planning a Kerala trip. Thank you!!
We had a great experience for our Dubai trip. The entire process was smooth and well-organized. Mr. Jay Limbachiya was extremely helpful and supportive, especially while customizing the trip according to our preferences. The hotel selection was excellent and we were very happy with our stay. Special thanks for arranging Jain food as well. Everything was managed on time with great hospitality. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!
We booked a comprehensive and testing itinerary to visit the great state of Gujarat with Akshar Travels Pvt Ltd.The communication was excellent and the various adjustments we needed were seen to promptly by the office.No problem with the time difference in talking to the staff as they were very available The hotels booked for the tour were very good if not excellent with the exception of two from well known brands which let themselves down due to poor local management(Enrise by Sayaji at Dwarka dirty unclean room with no towels and The Fern Residency in Jamnager dated hotel poor facilities badly trained front desk staff who couldn’t even find our booking confirmation and then tried to charge for prepaid dinner on checkout) What made this trip possible and great for us was the care and attention of our superb driver Dineshbhai Parmar.His excellent driving in all conditions allowed us to visit numerous sites in good time to enjoy pleasant and relaxing darshan at some of our holiest places His advice was truthful and backed up by years of knowledge and experience. The car was kept in an immaculate condition throughout the journey and our comfort was outstanding. We did not have to worry about our luggage throughout our journey as he was always in charge of it and looking after it. Dineshbhai made our whole trip stress free and our enjoyment of Gujarat was multiplied by his efforts. We would both like to thank him again here⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
